The first step for Custom clinic and year-round juniors is to be screened and placed in the apropriate level. Screens can be scheduled privately or please contact Lou Solarte for the next scheduled screening date. Cost for screening and entry into the program is $100.00
Step 1 - FMS Fundamental Movement Skills Screens

Fundamental Movement Skills Screens

We first determine where the junior golfer is in developmental age, not chronological age. We then place them in one of three phases of development: beginner (discovery), intermediate (developing), advanced (consolidating). After the junior golfers have completed the screening process, we customize their training circuit to match their level of skill. Below is a list of the screens used:

Locomotion Screens

Step 2 - Physical Fitness Proficiencies
Physical Fitness Proficiencies
We then determine how physically developed the child is. We test each junior then we customize a training circuit to match their 
physical skill level. Below is a list of screens used.

Push-ups
Horizontal Pull-Ups
Vertical Pull-Ups
Bridge
Front Plank

Speed / Power / Agility
Vertical Jump
Standing Broad Jump
Seated Chest Pass
Sit Up and Throw
505 Agility Test


Step 3 - Functional Movement Screening
Functional Movement Screening

We now determine if the child has any functional movement dysfunction. We then use the screen information to design the right exercises for the juniors too perform at each level. Below is a list of screens used:

MSF Multi - Segmental Flexion
MSE - Multi - Segmental Extension
MSR - Multi - Segmental Rotation
ODS - Overhead Deep Squat
SLS - Single Leg Stance
